ANiMOX opens development laboratory in Kaliningrad with partners BIOTECH and KSTU
A development laboratory for process development for the production of protein products from residues of the food industry in the Kaliningrad area was opened on 09.11.2017 by ANiMOX with its partners from BIOTECH and the Kaliningrad Technical University (KSTU). This project, funded by the DBU, serves to improve the utilization of residues in the fish industry and in pig and poultry processing in the Kaliningrad area. The development laboratory with competence center is an important location for ANiMOX to cooperate with companies in Russia.
